We invite you to participate in the Workshop that will take place in the framework of the "OaC:mygoal" project on the 27 and 28 of June 2020. On the 27 of June the theoretical part will take place and on the 28th the practical part of the workshop.

The aim of the workshop is to train trainers, coaches and those involved in sports so that they can offer physical exercise to cancer patients.
The workshop is free and is based on existing principles and methods established in Germany by the OaC organisation.

Some of the contents of the training include:

• The benefits of exercise for cancer patients
• Indications, recommendations, prohibitions of exercises in categories of cancer patients
• Types of exercises for cancer patients
