In line with the project’s Grant Agreement, the consortium of the approved project “Lifelong Learning

for Mongolia, Occupational Health and Safety”, GA Number: 101129094, ERASMUS-EDU- 2023-

CBHE (in short “3L4MOHS”), within the framework of the Erasmus Plus Programme, Capacity Building

for Higher Education, will appoint one (1) External Quality Auditor - hereinafter referred to as “EQA”.

3L4MOHS is a 3-year project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education

programme that aims to establish Lifelong Learning Centres (LLCs) at the university level in Mongolia

to improve workforce skills, enhance digital education, and modernize the Occupational Health &

Safety (OHS) curriculum. The initiative focuses on capacity building in Higher Education Institutions

(HEIs) by transferring know-how from European partners, ensuring equitable access to lifelong learning across Mongolia’s vast and sparsely populated regions.
