The consortium of the approved project “Training Food Professionals in Kosovo on Food Legislation”, ref.no.: 101242426- ERASMUS -EDU-2025- CB-VET-WB (in short “K-FLEX”), within the framework of the Erasmus Plus Programme, Capacity Building in the field of Vocational education and training (VET), will appoint an External Quality Auditor.

K-FLEX is a multilateral Erasmus+ partnership involving partners from EU Member States - Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece - and Kosovo in the Western Balkans. The project addresses critical gaps in the Kosovo VET system identified by the European Training Foundation, particularly in governance, innovation, and quality assurance. By introducing innovative educational initiatives - including curricula with emphasis on entrepreneurship, virtual training labs, and microlearning techniques - K-FLEX creates a learning environment that both imparts knowledge and encourages practical application in addressing real food legislation challenges. The project also champions digitalisation through MOOCs aligned with DigiComp and GreenComp frameworks, ensuring Kosovo's food professionals are equipped with both regulatory knowledge and 21st-century skills.
