Agni Vytanioti holds a BSc in Mathematics, from the University of Athens, Greece and an MBA from Henley University.

She has worked in ELKEDE, Technology & Design Centre S.A. from 1989-2006, as responsible for the administration, coordination and execution of many European training projects for the sectors of leather, footwear, plastic, wood and furniture, textile, silver and gold, ceramic, etc. (FORCE, COMETT, EUROTECHNET, EUROFORM, PETRA, NOW, INTERREG, INTEGRATED PROJECTS LEONARDO, ADAPT , EQUAL). In the framework of these projects she has collaborated with many professional and training bodies in Greece and Europe.

From 2006-2011 she was the Director of KEK ELKEDE, the Vocational Training Institution affiliated to ELKEDE, Technology & Design Centre. She was responsible for the collaboration with EOPPEP (National Organization for Accreditation of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance)and the acccreditation of KEK.
